Top up credits — pay only for what you use

Once your 1000 free monthly credits are used, simply top up your balance in advance. Credits are deducted as participants complete course pages. You are never billed after the fact — this is a prepaid system.

You buy credits upfront. When the balance runs out, courses simply stop accepting new completions — your participants see a friendly message. Nothing unexpected ever appears on your bank statement.

Because billing is prepaid, there is never an invoice waiting for you at the end of the month. When your credits are exhausted, courses gracefully stop accepting new completions — not a cent more is ever charged. Top up whenever you are ready.

Courses pause, they never charge. Once the credit balance hits zero, new participants simply see a “course temporarily unavailable” message. Your bank account is never touched without your explicit top-up action.
Account-wide credit cap
Set a maximum number of credits the account may consume in a given month as an extra safety net on top of the prepaid balance.
Per-course limits
Cap the number of completions allowed per course. Ideal for project-based budgets or when multiple teams share the same account.
Per-client limits
Restrict how many completions a single client can accumulate — useful for controlled rollouts and preventing unintended overuse.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a “completed user”?
A participant who reaches the completion screen of a course. Partial progress or quiz-only visits are not counted.
Are retakes charged?
Retakes are not charged if the retake happens on the same day. If a participant retakes a course on a different day, that completion is counted as a new completion and billed accordingly.
Are course bundle completions charged separately?
Each individual course inside a bundle is billed the same way as a standalone course. The bundle itself carries no extra charge.
What happens when the free credits run out?
Each account receives 1000 free credits every month (1 credit = 1 page completion). When those run out, courses that require paid credits stop accepting new completions and participants see a friendly “temporarily unavailable” message. Nothing is charged automatically — you simply top up your balance when you are ready to continue. Unused free credits do not carry over to the next month.
Is there a monthly fee or minimum commitment?
No subscription, no minimums, no invoices. This is a fully prepaid system — you only pay for the credits you choose to buy. The 1000 free monthly credits renew automatically with no action required from you.
How do refunds work?
Unused purchased credits can be refunded at any time. Just click the refund button and any remaining credits will be refunded after a short review by our team.
